Bridal Promotions - Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotions is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry into these promotions is open to all residents of Australia who register a bridal gift list with Peter's of Kensington and meet the offer qualification criteria.
3. The Promotion commences on 6/11/2009 and closes at end of trade on 31/08/2010, to the exclusion of the Villeroy & Boch Promotion which closes at end of trade on 30/11/2009. Any claims presented after this date will not be valid.
4. The Promotion offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
5. Only one entry per bridal couple will be permitted for each branded Bridal Gift Promotion.
6. Once Bridal couples complete their Gift List with the Peter's of Kensington Bridal and Gift Registry, they must present to the Bridal and Gift Registry staff a completed Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton Australia and/or Villeroy & Boch Bridal Offer Entry Form if their Gift List meets the qualification criteria.
7. The Promoters (Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton Australia and Villeroy and Boch) reserve the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and may disqualify any entrant that does not meet the promotion entry criteria.
8. All entries must include full names of the bridal couple and wedding date. Incomplete entries will be ineligible.
9. All entries become the property of the respective Promoters. The Promoters may enter personal information relating to each entrant into a database for future marketing purposes, including product updates and promotional offers. Any Bridal couple entrant who does not wish to receive this information should tick the box on the offer form.

Bridal Gift Offers - Criteria

1. Vera Wang – Register $500 or more of Vera Wang for Wedgwood products and receive a pair of Vera Wang for Wedgwood Duchesse Crystal Toasting Flutes, valued at $149.
2. Jasper Conran – Register $500 or more of Jasper Conran at Wedgwood and/or Jasper Conran at Waterford Crystal products and receive a Jasper Conran at Wedgwood Green Chinoiserie Platter, valued at $149.

10. The Promoters will endeavour to have stock of all Bridal Gifts on offer at all times during the Promotional Period. If there is no stock available of the Bridal Gift, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Bridal Gift for another product within the Promoter's range of equal or greater value.
