Unfortunately, none of our products match your search criteria.
Please use the following as a guide to refine your search:
The ability to search across our entire range of products is broken into three components. You have the ability to search across:
1. Departments;
2. Brands; and
3. Keywords
or a combination of all three.
Searching by Department
To search for a product by department, simply select the department, for example “Cookware” from the “Department” drop-down menu at the top of right-hand side of the screen, then click “Go”. All products in the “Cookware” department will then be displayed.
To restrict the department search to a specific type of product, you can select a brand, for example “Scanpan” from the “Brand” drop-down menu and/or enter a word, for example “frypan” in the “Keyword” search box before pressing “Go”. The products matching your restricted search criteria will then be displayed.
However, if you’d like the products within a department displayed in sub-categories, click on the department name displayed across the screen beneath the pink banner.
Searching by Brand
To search for a product by brand, simply select the brand, for example “Victorinox” from the “Brand” drop-down menu at the top right-hand side of the screen, then click “Go”. All products by “Victorinox” will then be displayed.
To restrict the brand search to a specific type of product, you can select a department, for example “Cookware” or “Accessories” from the “Department” drop-down menu and/or enter a word, for example “knife” in the “Keyword” search box before pressing “Go”. The products matching your restricted search criteria will then be displayed.
However, if you’d like to view the brands available in a specific department, select the department name from the list displayed across the screen beneath the pink banner. Once the category sub-categories are displayed, click on “Brands” at the bottom of the screen to view the brands available in the respective department.
Searching by Keyword
To search for a product across the entire store, simply enter a keyword, for example “frypan” or “frame” before pressing “Go”. To ensure the search is as wide as possible, leave the “Department” and “Brand” drop-down menus in their default state.
