Inside, there’s a bag of silicone beads.

To use, simply remove the Hottie from its cover, and heat it on high in your microwave for one minute. Then, place the Hottie’s cover back on, and it’s ready to go.

To use the Hottie as a cold pack, just place the inner bag in the freezer for one hour or more.

Compact size is ideal for placing on your neck or head.
