Care and Cleaning:

Before use, cover the base of the tajine with milk. Bring the milk to the boil on a medium to low heat setting. When the milk begins to boil, turn the heat off immediately, and leave to cool before cleaning.

Always use low to medium heat.

Never heat empty.
