Bridal Promotions - Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotions is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry into these promotions is open to all residents of Australia who register a bridal gift list with Peter's of Kensington and meet the offer qualification criteria.
  3. The Promotion offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  4. Only one entry per bridal couple will be permitted for each branded Bridal Gift Promotion.
  5. Once Bridal couples complete their Gift List with the Peter's of Kensington Bridal and Gift Registry, they must present to the Bridal and Gift Registry staff a completed Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton Australia and/or Villeroy & Boch and/or Plumm Bridal Offer Entry Form if their Gift List meets the qualification criteria.
  6. The Promoters (Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton Australia, Villeroy and Boch, and Plumm) reserve the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and may disqualify any entrant that does not meet the promotion entry criteria.
  7. All entries must include full names of the bridal couple and wedding date. Incomplete entries will be ineligible.
  8. All entries become the property of the respective Promoters. The Promoters may enter personal information relating to each entrant into a database for future marketing purposes, including product updates and promotional offers. Any Bridal couple entrant who does not wish to receive this information should tick the box on the offer form.

Bridal Gift Offers - Criteria

  1. Plumm - Register $400 or more of Plumm products and receive a 4 pack of Plumm Red+, valued at $60.
  2. Waterford Crystal - Register $500 or more of Waterford Crystal products and receive a Waterford Gift. Select from a range of Marquis by Waterford Stemware valued at $149. Select from range available.
  3. Wedgwood - Register $500 or more of Wedgwood products and receive a Wedgwood Gift. Select from a range of Wedgwood Silver Giftware valued at $149. Select from range available.
  4. Villeroy & Boch - Purchase $250 or more of Villeroy & Boch products and receive a pair of Baden Baden Flutes, valued at over $75. Offer is available to new Bridal registries who register with Peter's of Kensington on, or after, the 27th of June, 2011, or while stocks last.
  5. The Promoters will endeavour to have stock of all Bridal Gifts on offer at all times during the Promotional Period. If there is no stock available of the Bridal Gift, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Bridal Gift for another product within the Promoter's range of equal or greater value.
