Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Executive Team as Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist.

The role will be based out of our Rosebery, Sydney office and you will report directly to our General Manager.

In this role you'd be responsible for heading up the department and creating compelling EDM's to drive business and brand growth.

As well as setting and implementing strategic initiatives for the Web department.

Graphic Design

We're looking for a graphic designer with 2+ years experience to help work on our website and email marketing campaigns

The successful applicant will become an integral part of our online team, using Adobe's Creative Cloud software to create cutting edge images, banners, infographics and page designs for our website, email marketing campaigns and social media.

You'll also be responsible creating concepts for online and print marketing campaigns and seeing them through to execution.

To impress us, you'll need:

• 2+ years' graphic design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe's Creative Suite
• Excellent communications skills
• High attention to details
• Experience in CSS an advantage

Customer Service Consultant - Gift & Wedding Registry

Providing excellent customer service has always been our top priority here at Peter's of Kensington, and with that in mind, we're looking for passionate Customer Service Consultants to join our Gift Registry team at our Kensington Store, Sydney.

As a Gift & Wedding Registry consultant, you'll need to use your natural problem-solving abilities and flair for clear language and communication skills to effectively communicate with our customers. You will be liaising via email and over the phone assist customer enquiries.

To impress us, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and level of accuracy
• Computer Literacy
• Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, targets and prioritise work loads
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proven ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills to successfully deal with challenges

Experience in working in customer service or in an administrative role would be considered a strong advantage.

We're looking for someone who is committed to working between 4 to 6 days per week.
