At some point in history, we as humans decided that dinnerware could be
something more than a tool for serving food – we decided that it could
become an art form.
Since 1821, Gien of France has been honing their craft in order to
produce some of the loveliest dinnerware around. Full of gorgeous colours and
vibrant shapes, this French-made stoneware will bring grace to your dinner table for breakfast, lunch and beyond.
Gien’s Pont Aux Choux collection has a bit of a history, and is adorned
with a style of relief that translates to “grains of rice”. This
pattern is named for the old pottery factory that created it long ago,
and offers subtly shaped silhouettes along with a provincial-inspired
texture on creamy white stoneware.
