If you’ve already experienced Henckels knives, you’ll already know just what it is that sets these knives apart from other knives…
But, for anyone new to Henckels – here are the facts.
Henckels’ new Four Star II knives are made in Germany; crafted by hand, specially forged from a single ingot of stainless steel, then hardened by ice. Unlike most knives, the stainless steel tang extends down, past the blade, underneath the black resin handle to the end of the knife.
What’s the big deal? You’ll soon notice, the moment you pick up and hold this knife, you’ll notice the difference. Henckels’ Four Star II series is weighty, comfortable to hold and balanced to use.
