When you invite Jersey Pottery in to your home, you’re inviting in sixty
years of world-renowned, award-winning ceramics from the heart of
Jersey – the little island adrift in the sea between England and France.
Jersey Pottery began back in the ‘40s, and has now become one of the
region’s best tourist attractions, with eclectic collections inspired by
the sea that surrounds the channel island.
The seas that surround Jersey are home to the finest fish and shellfish
in the world, rich with marine life that acts as the inspiration for
Jersey Pottery’s Fruits de Mer collection. Created alongside artist
Richard Bramble, Fruits de Mer fittingly translates to “Seafood”, and
features iconic sea creatures rendered in lively colour.
Bramble’s aquatic artwork appears on durable porcelain pieces, which
will stand up to the rigours of everyday life just as it has in fine
restaurants around the world. Manufactured on the island of Jersey, this
collection is appropriate for our own island country, too!
