Like this Propellor Trivet. It looks like an inconspicuous cigar-shaped
piece of rubber when it’s shut, but with a quick slide it opens out to
an x-shaped trivet, perfect for holding up hot pots and plates.
It’s made from heat-resistant rubber, and its unique propeller shape
ensures air can circulate underneath your hot dishes, whilst still
keeping them off your table.
