These aromatic spice mixes are contained in sprinkle tins, so all you need to do is dust your chicken, beef, lamb or pork with the appropriate mix, and then give it a good rub. The spices within have been especially chosen to complement your cooking and accentuate the flavours of different meats.
This Chicken Spice Rub takes its flavour inspiration from Spain and the Mediterranean, with a blend of paprika, oregano, rosemary, pepper, chilli, tomato and brown sugar. Rub the blend in to the flesh and skin of your chicken with a little oil and lemon, and then bake. So simply delicious, it’ll blow you away.
