mix, and then give it a good rub. The spices within have been
especially chosen to complement your cooking and accentuate the flavours
of different meats.
This Lamb Spice Rub is fantastic in a casserole or curry, with a blend of onion, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, tumeric, allspice and cardamon. Rub the blend in to the flesh and skin
of your lamb with a little oil and lemon, and then roast. So simply
