Just season your chicken, and place it on the roaster, vertically. You don’t even need to tie up the legs or the wings. During the cooking process, the fat drains downward, dripping from your cooking chook and into the well at the bottom of the roasting tray. This means your roast chicken dinner will be healthier than ever – not to mention deliciously crispy! Yum!
