What does an officers’ mess and an Australian condiment company have in common?
A love of food, by George! The Regimental Condiment Company (or TRCC for
short) produces a wide range of gourmet food products – including
mustards, spreads and horseradish – originating from the glory days of
the Officers' Mess, inspired by the foods and flavours of days gone by.
TRCC make these products to recipes that have been passed down through
the generations, with the result being military-styled foodstuffs with
no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in sight.
This West Bengal Rifles Regimental Chutney (phew, what a name) takes its name from the shooting competitions, as well as the mango chutney served by the “Westies” if they were playing host regiment to these competitions. This popular chutney is divine with curries, and also goes swell with cheese and cold meats.
West Bengal Rifles Regimental Chutney features:
- Product of Australia.
- No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
- Perfect with cheeses and cold meats, and especially good in curry.
