1748: in Audun-le-Tiche – a small village in Lorraine, France – a factory is
established for fine porcelain production, and Villeroy and Boch is
born at the hands of a Mister François Boch and his three sons.
Renowned for their fine quality, beautiful designs and exquisite
porcelain, Villeroy and Boch have thrived through the ages, taking
themselves from France to Luxembourg to master their skills. From the
advent of industrialisation to the modern German Innovation Awards,
their principles have not shifted – they set out to produce great
tableware, and they still do just that.
Reassuringly solid, yet beautifully translucent. Classically
traditional, yet strikingly stylish. Villeroy and Boch’s Bernadotte
glassware resolves the oppositions of fine
design. This stunning range of crystal is as decorative as it is
practical, and looks so attractive in any table setting that you’ll find
reason to use it every day.
Re-imagine the stately elegance of times past with the thoroughly modern Bernadotte.
