Born and raised in France, Guillaume Brahimi trained as a chef in some of Paris’s best restaurants. Fortunately for us, he came to live in Sydney in the early 90s, and Australia gained one of its most talented, exciting chefs.
Today, Guillaume took over our Demonstration Kitchen for a very special, sold-our masterclass. Using Tefal’s Reserve Collection cookware, Guillaume cooked a three-course meal, just for us, beginning with Potato Blinis with Smoked Salmon for entrée, before moving on to Beef Daube with Baby Vegetables for the main course, and finally, for dessert, Floating Islands.
