Peter’s Friday Favourites

It’s been a huge week here at Peter’s. Before we could even recover from Saturday’s amazing event with Matt Moran, we announced our second visitor to the Peter’s of Kensington Demonstration this year, and the response has been enormous. In case you haven’t heard, Manu Feildel is coming to Peter’s in April for an already sold-out event! And, in other exciting news, we’ve just found out who our next guest will be, and we’re already beyond excited!

On top of all that, we’ve had stacks of brilliant new products arrive this week that we can’t wait to share with you.

Welcome to Friday Favourites! Let’s get started…

Samsonite Octolite Spinner Case

Samsonite Octolite Luggage

Welcome to the next generation of luggage. One look at this space-age new range from Samsonite and you’ll be obsessed. First, you’ll notice its futuristic design, and the angular edges that give Octolite its name. But there’s more to Octolite than its looks. It’s made from tough polypropylene, it has four double wheels, which make it easy to move around airports (and space stations) and it’s lighter than you’d think possible – without skimping on a single feature.

546597-ZoomCondura Missy Leather Cross Body Bags

Hey Missy, you’re so fine, you’re so fine you blow my mind! HEY MISSY! *clap clap* *clap*. Err, okay, earworm aside, we really do adore Condura’s new Missy bags. They’re made from genuine leather and they’re perfect for weekends and evenings…and mornings and afternoons and pretty much all the time, really. When you don’t want to be weighed down, your Missy bag is just the right size for a few essentials. Just detach the shoulder strap and it turns into a cute clutch purse. And we love the cute tassel on the zipper! With a selection of four fun colours, choosing a favourite is difficult. It’s kind of tempting to just buy one of each…

Royal Doulton Pastels Mugs

Royal Doulton Pastels Mug Set

Sound the alarm! Royal Doulton has just released a new range of dinnerware and, like all things Royal Doulton, it’s simply lovely! Introducing Pastels – a gloriously eclectic collection of porcelain dinnerware that combines different patterns and subtle colours to create a refined, yet casual look that’s utterly irresistible. We think this set of four mugs is the perfect way to start your collection, but if you’ve fallen head over heels and want to get the whole range, we really couldn’t blame you. Here’s a link to the entire collection. Have fun!

Stanley Rogers Woodlands Distressed Cheese Knife Set

Stanley Rogers Woodlands Distressed Cheese Knife Set

Australia’s biggest name in cutlery, Stanley Rogers, has just released a whole heap of cheese boards, steak knives and other accessories, all combining distinctive pakkawood and top quality stainless steel. Our favourite? Woodlands Distressed. With its triple-riveted, distressed look handles, this set of three cheese tools is just the thing to accompany your favourite cheeses. Take a look at the rest of the Woodlands Distressed range here, and make sure you also check out Stanley Rogers’ other new ranges, too – ArtisanWoodlands, Precious and Provincial.

Stelton Tangle Magnum Vase

Stelton Tangle Magnum Vase

We’re kind of obsessed with shiny finishes – copper, brass and rose gold in particular. And we’re not the only ones. Stelton’s Tangle Magnum Vase is bang on trend. It’s made from delicate glass, with a shiny, lacquered copper base that won’t need polishing. This large vase doesn’t even need flowers to make a statement. It’s tall, statuesque, and so distinctive. Say hej to Danish design at its very best.
