Today was our first event of the year, and it’s been one of our best ever!
To celebrate Scanpan’s 60th Birthday, Chef Matt Moran took over our Demonstration Kitchen today to cook two of his favourite meals – Moran Family Lamb Shoulder with eggplant caviar, garden tomatoes and mint, as well as Crab Linguine with peas and chilli – all using Scanpan cookware and accessories.
