Today, identical twins and MKR kitchen graduates, Helena and Vikki Moursellas took over the Peter’s of Kensington Demonstration Kitchen to cook a Greek feast – Dark Chocolate and Orange Tsoureki Bread and Butter Pudding, Stuffed Baked Ocean Trout, Taramasalata and finally, luscious Galaktoboureko.
