We’re still giddy from superstar chef, Matt Moran‘s visit to Peter’s of Kensington on Saturday!

Because it’s Scanpan’s 60th birthday this year, Matt used cookware from Scanpan’s amazing CTX range to cook two of his favourite recipes – Crab Linguine with peas and chilli and Moran Family Lamb Shoulder with eggplant caviar, garden tomatoes and mint.
In case you were wondering – it’s called “Moran Family Lamb Shoulder” because the lamb Matt used was sourced from his own family’s farm. And yes, both dishes were absolutely delicious!
(We’re quite lucky here at Peter’s. Not only do we get to meet Australia’s top chefs, but we have the chance to sample their cooking, too!)
Scanpan’s latest cookware collection is called CTX, and it’s going to change your kitchen for the better. It’s efficient, it’s good-looking and every piece in the range has a non-stick surface, so cleaning up after your meal is so easy, you won’t mind doing the dishes.
