We’re talking about Chasseur cookware, of course – though a few of these things definitely also apply to our guest, Australia’s favourite French export, chef Manu Feildel, who visited our Demonstration Kitchen on Saturday April 16 to launch Chasseur’s two enticing new colours – Duck Egg Blue and Caviar. In our video from the event, above, Manu talks about what he loves about Chasseur cookware as he cooks three of his favourite meals – Chargrilled King Prawns and Garlic Butter, Beef and Black Olive Stew, and Steak with Marchand de Vin Butter, just for our excited audience.
