Award winning chef Andrew Ballard will reveal the secret to creating dishes worthy of a culinary Oscar at Peter’s Of Kensington Demonstration Kitchen on September 21.
In conjunction with Scanpan and in celebration of the Danish designed HaptIQ series, in all of its sleek, mirror-polished beauty with revolutionary non-stick cooking surfaces, Andrew will prepare a show stopping menu for you. (Hint: it often begins with perfectly seared foods, thanks to HaptIQ).
You'll taste the richness and complexity of Andrew’s Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder On The Bone, along with his Char Keow Teow (a Chinese-style stir fry), followed by the luxe brilliance of his Mille Crepe Cake.
The ticket for this event is just $20 and all attendees will receive a goody bag worth over RRP $156. It includes a Scanpan Backpack ($39.95) a Paring Knife ($46.95), a Bamboo Carving Board ($39.95), A Scanpan apron ($29.95) and a box of Olsson’s Australian Sea Salt Flakes (50gm). Plus, of course the recipes from the day. Be quick to book though as tickets are going faster than Andrew’s Mille Crepe Cake.
