Unilever Executive Chef, presenter and esteemed fine food judge, Andrew Ballard knows this only too well from his wealth of experience. And that’s why Andrew is excited to be preparing a delicious menu in Scanpan’s stunning new Techniq collection.

On Saturday, April 13, from 11am to 1pm in Peter’s Of Kensington’s demonstration kitchen, Andrew will be showing you why Scanpan’s Techniq is designed by chefs for chefs. But the good news is that it will turn you into a kitchen maestro as well because Techniq is all about streamlining the way you cook.   

Andrew will be creating a sophisticated menu that includes Vegetable Gratin With Smoked Paprika; Beef Tenderloin With Fried Potatoes & Parsley and Butter Fried Fish With Lobster Sauce.

The tickets are just $20 and every attendee will then receive a goody bag worth RRP $116.85 that includes a 35.5cm Scanpan Bamboo Carving Board; a Scanpan Classic Paring Knife, a Scanpan Apron and two Stratanium Pan Protectors.
