He's back by popular demand. Discover the secrets of perfecting dreamy dishes when stellar chef Jonathon Trouillet cooks at Peter Of Kensington’s Demonstration Kitchen for lauded French brand Chasseur on October 8.

Born and bred in France, Jonathan Trouillet, who has served internships at the fabled L’atelier de Joel Robuchon and Le Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower, is Head Chef at Bistro Mosman, where his devotees refer to him as a local culinary hero.

You’ll understand why on October 8 when you sample his tasting menu, which includes Primavera/Spring Vegetable Risotto in a Round French Oven; Grilled Steak on a Square Grill Pan and Tarte Tartin in a Low Round Casserole. (I'm sorry but is this taking place on Anzac Parade or the Champs Elysees?)

The date is set for Saturday 8th of October from 11am to 1pm for this exciting event. Tickets are just $20 and each attendee will receive a goody bag that includes a Chasseur Round Red Bowl with a Salad Server Set Red (RRP Value $199.00). You'll also find recipe cards to recreate the dishes at home and you could be in the winning for the lucky door prize. But be quick as tickets are selling like hot crepes.
