Born and bred in France, Jonathan Trouillet, who has served internships at the fabled L’atelier de Joel Robuchon and Le Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower, is now Head Chef at Bistro Mosman, where securing a prime table on the weekends is almost a competitive sport among the locals.

You’ll understand why on June 8 when you taste his heavenly French Onion Soup, Veal Blanquette (made in the Chasseur French Oven), Potato Gratin and his famous Poires Belle Helene.

The date is set for Saturday 8th of June from 11am to 1pm for this exciting event.
