From competing in the first series of MasterChef Australia, cooking on her daily food show, ‘Everyday Gourmet’ on Network Ten, along with releasing three cookbooks (with her fourth one on the way), Justine Schofield is the poster girl for today’s busy, motivated career woman and chef.
In collaboration with Tefal, Justine Schofield will bring a youthful energy and touch of French flair to her cooking, while revealing the secrets to creating dishes worthy of a culinary Oscar at Peter’s of Kensington Demonstration Kitchen on February 15.
Justine Schofield will be preparing some delicious recipes including Potato Tortilla, Couscous Royal, and Gluten-free Summer Stone Fruit Clafoutis.
Join us on Saturday the 15th of February from 11am until 1pm, as Justine Schofield cooks just for us. Tickets for this event are $20 and each attendee will receive a $20 Peter’s of Kensington gift card, and a chance to win an (RRP) $799 Ingenio 13 Piece Set raffle prize. You will also receive a copy of Justine's cook book “Simple Every Day”, when you purchase a Tefal Pressure Cooker or Ingenio Set.
