The queen of couture cooking, Stephanie Conley, aka The Hostess, honed her skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and is also influenced by her time spent in Rome and on the Amalfi Coast. Now the author of At Home With The Hostess – a collection of recipes inspired by her travels and entertaining style, will be appearing at Peter’s of Kensington’s Demonstration Kitchen on Saturday, June 12, to prepare some of her favourite dishes. This is an opportunity not to be missed especially when it comes to seasonal entertaining ideas.
Stephanie Conley will be at the Demonstration Kitchen, in Peter’s Of Kensington’s flagship store on Saturday, June 12, from 11.30am. She'll be preparing a delicious menu, which includes Smoked Salmon Pate; Roasted Beet & Puy Lentil Salad; Sauteed Spinach With Feta & Pine Nuts; Pumpkin & Blue Cheese Tart: Fillet Of Beef With Cafe de Paris Butter along with Apple & Rhubarb Crumble.
Tickets for this event are $40 and each attendee will receive a signed copy of Stephanie's book At Home With The Hostess. It’s valued at $60. Think of it as a guide to celebrating every day with style.
