Consider his tasting menu that includes Savoury Toffee With Camembert, Sweet Sticky Asian Chicken, and Molten Skillet Brownie and you know you’re in for a taste sensation.
Many of you will already know Jacob as the cohost of Asia Unplated on SBS Food with Diana Chan. He’s also a regular on Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield. Once you’ve experienced his bubbly personality, it will be immediately obvious why he’s in such hot demand in front of the camera.
