Award winning chef Andrew Ballard will reveal the secret to show stopping dishes at Peter’s Of Kensington Demonstration Kitchen on November 18.

In conjunction with Scanpan, breathe in the aromatic spices of chimichurri and teriyaki miso as Andrew creates Teriyaki Miso Glazed Salmon With Bok Choy & Rice; Beef Rump Cap With Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Chimichurri, followed by a dreamy dessert of Lime, Ginger & Star Anise Pannacotta With Lime Syrup.

The ticket for this event is just $20 and all attendees will receive a goody bag including a Scanpan Classic Steel 2-Piece Carving Set over RRP $179, plus recipes. There's also a fabulous lucky door prize of a Scanpan Classic Induction 32cm Frypan RRP $399.

Alsojoining in, is the boss of Scanpan himself, Jesper Brund from Denmark, who will answer any cookware questions, once that last delicious spoonful of pannacotta has been savoured.
