On November 29, Maria’s Cretan style will be taking over our Kensington store in this Chasseur Cooking Demonstration. You may wish to slip on your dancing shoes as a Cretan Lyre and Lute Duet will also be performing. They’re sure to get you in the mood for this inspired menu that includes Tiropita (Ricotta & Feta pie); Giouvetsi (Chicken & Risoni in a tomato based sauce) and Galaktoboureko (Greek filo & custard slice with a fragrant syrup).
