Is there anything that Cordon Bleu trained chef, Andrew Ballard can’t cook up? Well, he can certainly produce a crowd, which is why he is back by popular demand in the Peter’s Demo Kitchen on behalf of Scanpan, to create the perfect spicy, summer menu.

In his day job as a Corporate Executive Chef for `Unilever” Andrew draws strongly on “food energies” and international food trends to create innovative menus. You’ll no doubt agree when he pulls out all the stops on Saturday, November 19 as he prepares a tasting menu with Scanpan’s STS and TechniQ collections. It includes Crispy Salmon Tacos With Salsa; Slow Cooked Beef Ragu With Papparadelle and Choc Chip Cookie Skillet And Ice Cream.

Join us on the 19th November from 11am until 1pm, as Andrew Ballard cooks just for us. Tickets for this event are $20 and each attendee will receive a goody bag worth $117 including an 8-piece Scanpan Spectrum Mix’N’Measure set (RRP $99.95) plus an Scanpan Blue Cheese Knife Set (RRP $16.95). You'll also have a chance to win a lucky door prize of a luxe 1.5L/18cm Scanpan Evolution Saucepan w/Lid (RRP $315). But you'll have to be Speedy Gonzales as tickets are selling fast.
