In a culinary coup, superstar chef, restaurateur, author and television presenter, Kylie Kwong, is returning to the Peter’s Of Kensington Demonstration Kitchen on May 11, in conjunction with Furi knives.
A revered name even among other chefs, Kylie’s skills are enhanced by Furi knives, which are based on the latest technology to be sharp and perfectly balanced with innovative handles. Now you can watch Kylie’s Furi knifework from close up as she creates an array of typically evocative and tantalising dishes including her classic: Steamed Fish Fillet With Ginger And Spring Onions, along with the utterly delicious Beef and Black Bean and Sung Choi Bao of Vegetables.
The date is set for Saturday 11th of May from 11am for this exciting event, when you will also have the chance to win a 6pce Furi Vault Knife Block. Two will be given away as lucky door prizes to celebrate of Kylie's arrival in store. What’s more, should you purchase the Furi 2 Piece Carving Set, you will receive free a 20cm Cook’s Knife, valued at $99.95.
