Embrace the richness of Greek cuisine (which is just so hot right now) on November 22, when Greek/Australia food writer and cookbook author Meni Valle, along with Villeroy & Boch, stage one of the most evocative In Store Cooking Demonstrations of the Year.
It will literally be music to your ears with a traditional bouzouki player getting us in the mood for a soulful menu. Meni will prepare Prassopita - Leek Filo Pie, Amygolota - Almond Biscuit and Honey Balls with tastings for each dish.
Should you feel inspired to present your own Greek feast at home, a collection of Villeroy & Boch Old Luxembourg platters will also be launched at the event.
The bouzouki will be strummed on Saturday 22nd of November from 11am. Expect an array of prizes including chic Villeroy & Bock aprons. Each attendee will also receive a copy of Meni’s latest book, Thessaloniki which showcases the kitchens of Northern Greece. Tickets are just $20 but be quick to reserve your seat, they're going faster than the sun lounges on Nammos.
