Raphael Matet will be appearing at the Demonstration Kitchen, in Peter’s Of Kensington’s flagship store on Saturday, May 11, from 11.00am. To mark Chassuer's centenary, he'll be preparing a tasting menu, utilising the classic Chasseur Eucalyptus Range. It includes Flambe Pernod Prawns; Chicken Chasseur and Blueberry & Almond Clafoutis.
Tickets for this event are $20 and each attendee will receive a Chasseur' goody bag worth, $119.85. Plus, the chance of winning the lucky door prize – a Limited Edition Chasseur Blue Sparkles Round French Oven, 26cm, RRP $799. This is all building towards a Mother’s Day that’s right out of the box.
